The KPT1170-010 PowerTap allows light pole-mounted ancillary devices to have quick access to electrical power. It taps into the power feed of a streetlight by connecting between the photocontrol and locking type receptacle. It does not disturb the operation of the light control unit, and it supports the 7-pin ANSI C136.41 style receptacle and controls.
