Standard Features
Three-wire reversible design simplifies connections.
Totally enclosed IP-20 rating. IP-44 with optional terminal box kit.
Fan cooled for high output power. Insulation Class B6.
Aluminum center ring and end shields for high thermal efficiency and light weight.
Unvented gearhousing. Lubricated for life. Synthetic lubricant.
Industrial lip type seals on motor and output shafts.
Needle bearings throughout for increased radial load capacity and long life.
All steel helical gears. Gearing meets or exceeds AGMA 9 standard for maximum life and quiet operation.
Application Information
Capacitor is not included with motor; order with motor.
Face mounting is standard. Other mounting options are available.
Capacitor 27.5µF/250VAC for 60Hz operation; capacitor 20µF/250VAC for 50Hz operation.
Gearmotor will operate satisfactorily on 115V, 50Hz using 20µF capacitor model 49401113 (gearmotor derated to 1/9HP at 50Hz).
Variable speed PMDC and BLDC versions are also available.
